As a Spiritual Guide, Becca offers a one-to-one relationship companioning and fostering another's relationship with Spirit/God as the foundation of life. Focusing on the contemplative meditation/prayer experience and on one's discernment and response to God's activity in one's life, Becca simply assists her clients in attending to their journey with Spirit/God as they come to know it. Her training at the non-denominational Shalem Institute for Spiritual Guidance in Bethesda, MD is grounded in the practice of contemplative silence with prayer as an outcome.

Spirituality is something with which all life is intrinsically infused. In embarking on a journey within the framework of Spiritual Guidance, people are free to grow in authentic personal relationship with The Divine rather than automatically subscribing to any religious teaching, yet a renewed understanding and appreciation of one's own religious roots often is an outcome of working with spiritual guidance.

A contract of commitment to this process is made between Becca and the seeker after some initial sessions, a commitment reflecting the seeker's desire to know God intimately. Typically, sessions are monthly, although can be more frequent depending on the process and turns in the journey.
